Each summer, the city of Sioux Falls hosts a Sculpture Walk highlighting the works of sculptors from around the world. There was a strong Western feel, with native American themes and animals (especially bald eagles) as popular subjects. Surprisingly, Sioux Falls, South Dakota also is home to a bronze replica of Michelangelo's famous David sculpture (The marble original is in Florence, Italy)
